As a manager, you will be able to better lead your staff in decision making for denial of rights of access to a pet dog, or removal of a Service Dog when necessary from your establishment, by learning how to properly identify a Service Animal based on the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA).

Customer Forward Staff - Bar/Restaurant/Retail

Your staff will gain a better understanding of the Americans with Disabilities Act, and learn what the Service Animal requirements are. They will gain understanding of how to confidently approach any customer with a dog that is portrayed to be a Service Dog in your establishment. A Manager can text or email a simple link to individual staff members for training & exam. Automatic reporting is sent to the manager when completed, and certificate is issued.
