This in-depth course goes well beyond the basics of understanding ADA Laws and Service Dogs. This course will take approximately 40-minutes to complete and will prepare you to assist staff and address issues at a management level.

Managers must successfully complete this course in order to be named as a "manager" for employee courses. Certificate denotes Management Level Training Completed. Each location manager should complete the Management Course.
